Agriplex

The following are available for rent at Exhibition Park:

1. Agriplex
2. Upper Hall Level
3. Horse Stalls
4. Heated Indoor Riding Arena
5. Bleachers

In order to ensure rental of the Agriplex for a certain date, we require a Hall Booking Fee of $100.00 which is credited to your account when the final invoice is made by us.  We can provide full catering services available from a lite lucheon to full home cooked meal. We can provide our bar services. For more  rental rates, please call us at 780-594-0667.  Everything we do at Exhibition Park is done by volunteers including our kitchen and bar.

Arena

Rentals

1. Booking Fee - $100.00
2. Damage Deposit - $100.00
3. Cleaning Deposit - $100.00
4. 24hr rental - $200.00 + gst
5. 4hr minimum @ $25.00 per hr + gst
6. Extra heat settings - contact office for rates.

Note: Damage & cleaning deposit is refunded after event is done, the arena must be left in the same condition it was found in for a full refund.  Booking fee is applied as a credit on the final invoice.

Self Boarding /Full Boarding Stables

Rates are as following for SELF-BOARD per stall rental

1. Monthly rental rate $200.00 + gst - per horse
2. Damage deposit $200.00 - per horse

Hay feed and bedding is included in stall rental price

In order to qualify for a monthly rental, following criteria must be met first:

1. Current Arena Pass
2. Copy of proof for  insured animal - NOTE: Current AEF card will be accepted for proof of insurance

NEW!!!  Rates are as follows for FULL -BOARD per stall

Rules and regulations are the same requirements!

 Monthly Rental $450.00 + Gst - per Horse.  This includes hay, salt, minerals - we will also feed the supplements that are provided by you.

Feeding, Cleaning Stall, Turn Out and Bringing In are all included in the monthly rent.
